This month, we’re proud to recognize Alisha Burrow, Billing Specialist Lead! Alisha has been an important part of the AMC team since July 2016, bringing a dependable, kind, and helpful spirit to everything she does.
Alisha earned her associate degree from Mid-South Community College and was drawn to a career in healthcare because she has always enjoyed helping people in any way she can. Over the past 10 years, she has continued to bring that same desire to help others to her work at AMC.
Her dedication and the impact she has on those around her were clear in the nominations she received. One teammate shared that Alisha treats others the way she wants to be treated, while another recognized her as a true team player who is always willing to help. She is also known for following through, demonstrating integrity, and contributing to the growth of both her team and AMC.
Alisha’s colleagues especially appreciate that she is always available to answer questions and help find solutions so things can get done in a timely manner.
When asked what she loves most about working at AMC, Alisha pointed to the relationships she has built with her team members. Those relationships have made her 10 years with AMC especially meaningful and are a testament to the collaborative spirit she brings to her work each day.
Alisha is also proud of the family she has created and the success she has achieved throughout her time at AMC.
