Access Medical Clinic MSO, LLC (“Company“, “we“, “our“, or us“) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain, use, disclose and protect personal data about you when you access our site, myaccessmedicalclinic.com (the “Site“) and any related pages, content, features, tools, or services (collectively “Services”).

This policy applies only to information we collect:

  • In communications, including email, text, chatbots, and other electronic messages, between you and the Site.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company; 
  • Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services; or
  • Information we maintain in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations (HIPAA), such as information submitted through our patient portal. That information is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

An alternative privacy policy may apply when you access certain services requiring a login through the website or via an application. For example, if you access your account for electronic medical records, scheduling, or our patient portal (which may be provided through third-party platforms such as Athena), the privacy policy of the third-party platform provider will govern how that provider collects, stores, and uses your information within their platform. When an alternative privacy policy applies, you may be presented with a hyperlink at the time you login to your account that explains the applicable privacy practices.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and do not knowingly permit registration or submission of personally identifiable information by anyone under 13 years of age.
