This month, we’re proud to recognize Charley Crockett, PA-C, as our Provider of the Month.
Since joining Access Medical Clinic in December 2025, Charley has quickly become a trusted teammate and compassionate provider. She was selected for this recognition because she consistently treats others with kindness and respect, demonstrates integrity in everything she does, contributes to the growth of those around her, and is always willing to step in and help her teammates.
A graduate of Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, Charley earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She was inspired to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
As a new provider, one of the accomplishments she’s most proud of is becoming someone her patients can trust. Building lasting relationships and providing compassionate, high-quality care continue to motivate her each day.
Charley says what she loves most about working at AMC is the supportive and welcoming culture. She values being part of a team where collaboration is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and continuous learning helps her provide the best possible care for every patient.
Her teammates describe her as compassionate, supportive, and proactive. These qualities shine through in every patient interaction.
Outside of work, Charley enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She lives by the motto, “Happiness is everything!”
