Emily Simpson, Director of Talent Acquisition

Emily Simpson

Emily joined Access Medical Clinic in December, bringing 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 15 years leading recruitment in the healthcare space. She’s passionate about building strong, high-performing teams and connecting exceptional talent to AMC’s mission of delivering quality care to patients.

Emily currently lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband Shane, their daughters, Norah and Lillian, and their golden doodle, Rocky. Their girls play competitive soccer, so you can usually find them on the sidelines cheering them on. They love spending time at the lake, and summer trips to Colorado are their family’s happy place.

Misty Adair, Recruiter

Misty Adair

Misty has been a recruiter with Access Medical Clinic for just over two years. She’s been in healthcare for about 15 years, with the last 10 years dedicated to recruiting talent and HR. She enjoys matching someone not only to specific jobs, but to a future. Every role presents a unique puzzle, and she loves the challenge of finding the perfect fit. Hiring the right person has a domino effect, impacting not only that particular role but also the entire team and, most importantly, patient care. The added bonus is that AMC operates in rural areas, which makes the work so rewarding for her.

Misty currently lives in Northeast Texas, about two hours east of Dallas. She and her husband Chris have three girls: Jillian is 20 and attends the University of Oklahoma, Lakyn is 19 and attends East Texas A&M, and their youngest, Emma, is a junior in high school. They also have two pups, Bo and Maggie! Misty and her family love sports, hunting, live music, and traveling, especially trying new food and restaurants during their travels.

Jamie Rogers, Recruiter

Jamie Rogers

Jamie is a former registered nurse with 18 years of experience in clinical recruiting. She’s passionate about connecting talented clinicians with opportunities where they can truly make an impact. She’s excited to contribute her experience, learn from her colleagues, and support their shared goals.

Jamie currently lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband, Clay, their daughter Sophia (17), their son Isaac (14), and their golden doodle, Charley. Outside of work, Jamie and her family are avid sports fans – especially football – and she recently learned how to play Mahjong, which has quickly become a new favorite hobby.
