Jessica Williams recently celebrated her first work anniversary with Access Medical Clinic, having joined the team in Bono, Arkansas, in March 2025. She made a career switch from insurance sales to healthcare, and takes on whatever title and role she needs to during the day to make sure the clinic and patients have what they need.
She is proud to say she gets to know everyone who walks into the clinic and is dedicated to ensuring they’re taken care of and are satisfied when they walk out the door. “The patients
inspire me,” she says, noting it’s also “important to treat others the way you want to be treated. You never know what they have going on in their personal lives.”
Jessica was born and raised in Trumann, Arkansas, where she still lives today. Outside of work, she recharges with a good country concert, taking care of her fur babies Callie Jo and Charlie, and hanging out with family and friends.
