Rebecca Coble, APRN, has been a part of Access Medical Clinic for eight years, working at The Green House Cottages of Belle Meade and caring for elders and supporting the teams who serve them each day. Described as compassionate, dedicated, and dependable, Rebecca was selected as the March Provider of the Month because her coworkers see her commitment to building meaningful relationships. Whether with elders, their families, or the staff who care for them, Rebecca ensures teamwork and patient-centered care are truly valued.

Rebecca shares that caring for others during their most vulnerable moments is what led her to a career in healthcare. “After losing my dad at a young age to chronic medical conditions, I felt called to become a nurse so I could help patients and families navigate difficult times. I later advanced my education at Arkansas State University to become an APRN so I could play a greater role in guiding care and advocating for the best outcomes for my patients.”

Outside of my work, Rebecca champions (and chauffeurs) her two daughters who play volleyball and basketball and compete in dance. Her husband, Eric, is a CPA who works in the accounting department for AMC.

“My personal motto is, ‘Do the next right thing.’ I believe when we focus on doing the next right thing for our patients and for each other, we create the kind of care that truly makes a lasting difference.”
